The Bill (Reg. No. 5235) introduces amendments to the Laws "On Licensing of certain Types of Economic Activity", "On Licensing System in the Field of Economic Activity" and certain other laws to enhance the conditions for conducting economic activity in Ukraine.
The Bill legitimizes long-term lease of public and municipal property for the period not less than 5 years.
The Bill also envisages issue of licenses for an unlimited period. However, the Government is authorized to set the terms for licenses not exceeding 5 years for certain types of activity.
